Refund policy

Even Lull offers two types of products:

  1. Digital downloads (Shopify store and Etsy)

  2. Printed books from the Slow Time line, sold exclusively on Amazon (Amazon handles printing and delivery)

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for each.

1) Digital Downloads (Shopify/Etsy)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available once the purchase is confirmed and/or the download has started.

  • If you experience a file issue (broken link, corrupt file, access problem), email evenlullcolor@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you restore access or provide a working file, typically within 1 business day.

EU note (digital content): If you choose to start the download during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

2) Printed Books — Slow Time (Amazon Only)

Printed books are sold only on Amazon. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for these orders are managed directly by Amazon under the policy of your local marketplace.

  • For a return, exchange, damaged, or missing item, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account and follow the instructions.

  • Need guidance? Email us at evenlullcolor@gmail.com with your Amazon order number and we’ll point you in the right direction.

3) 30-Day Return Window — Physical Items Sold by Even Lull (If/When Applicable)

If we offer physical items shipped by Even Lull in the future (not digital files and not Amazon books), you’ll have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags and original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • To start a return, email evenlullcolor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We’ll provide the return address during authorization.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Digital files: we’ll re-issue access or a corrected file.

  • Amazon printed books: open a case via Your Orders on Amazon; contact us if you need guidance.

5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads: final sale.

  • Gift cards: non-returnable.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (if offered in the future): may be non-returnable unless defective.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases: not accepted (not currently sold by Even Lull).

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Amazon printed books: manage exchanges directly in Amazon.

  • Digital downloads: exchanges aren’t available.

7) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be in the same condition received: unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Digital content: by starting the download within the 14-day period, you agree that you may waive the right of withdrawal for that content.

8) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your authorized return (physical items sold by Even Lull; Amazon books follow Amazon’s process). If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within up to 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, contact evenlullcolor@gmail.com.

Amazon printed books: refunds are processed according to Amazon’s policy and timelines.
