Overview
Even Lull offers two types of products:

Digital downloads (printables) sold on our Shopify store (and also on Etsy).

Printed books from the Slow Time line, sold exclusively on Amazon, where Amazon handles printing and delivery.
This page explains how each type is delivered, tracking options, and who to contact if you need help.
1) Digital Products (Shopify)

No physical shipping. Digital items don’t require shipping and incur no shipping fees.

Instant delivery: after your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with download access. If you created an account, you can also download from My Account → Orders.

File formats: PDF A4 + Letter and PNGs (300 dpi), as described on each product page.

Download issues? Email us at {support@evenlull.com} with your order number and we’ll help within 1 business day.
Tip: Check spam/promotions if you don’t see the email. If you checked out as a guest, use the email from checkout to access your files.
2) Printed Books — Slow Time (Amazon Only)

Our printed books are available only on Amazon.

Fulfillment: Amazon prints and ships your order. All processing times, shipping methods, fees, taxes, tracking, address updates, and delivery estimates are handled by Amazon and shown at checkout on the relevant Amazon marketplace (e.g., Amazon.com, Amazon.es).

Order help (printed books): For delays, damaged items, or lost packages, please use Your Orders on Amazon to request support or replacements. If you need guidance, write to us with your Amazon order number and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Processing Times

Digital (Shopify): instant access after payment confirmation.

Printed (Amazon): processing/printing times vary by region and will be displayed by Amazon at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Digital: $0 shipping; delivery is instant.

Printed: rates and delivery windows are calculated by Amazon at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier, service level, and season.
Order Tracking

Digital: not applicable. You’ll receive an email with download access.

Printed: tracking (if available) is provided by Amazon in your order details and email notifications.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Digital: not applicable.

Printed: address changes and delivery issues must be managed directly in your Amazon account as long as the order hasn’t entered the shipping process. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Printed Books)
For international orders placed on Amazon, duties, VAT, and other import fees may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities and aren’t controlled by Even Lull. Amazon will display applicable charges and options during checkout.
Split Orders
Your cart may include digital items (fulfilled by Even Lull on Shopify) and printed books (purchased separately on Amazon). These are processed and delivered separately.
Returns & Refunds

Digital downloads: due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a file issue or can’t access your downloads, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Printed books: returns/replacements are handled by Amazon according to Amazon’s return policy for your region.
